most beneficial prebuilt desktop for 650$

hello there i'm trying to find a pre built computer for less than 650 i will be able to go just a little greater that that.and sure i do know in regards to the complete "make one yourself" deal but i'm clumsy and i suppose i may end up breaking it.anyway to this point I have discovered 2 computer systems that appear to have the premier "bang on your buck".

this is a Ibuypower notebook and has 8 cores and an good enough gpu appears good enough but what worries me is the gpu that could bottleneck

this is a cyberpower notebook from tiger direct.it has a 6 core cpu with a really first rate gpu pretty much 2x better then the other one

ibuypower: amd-fx 8320/r7 260x

cyberpower: amd fx 6300/r9 270 (looking against this one)

I wont be doing hardcore gaming or anything else like that but i nonetheless need a goo d one i could be enjoying games such as megastar Wars The historical Republic,group Fortress 2,MineCraft, BioShock, Left4dead,and so forth.

if you guys can be effective and maybe aid me select which one is greater or supply a link to another that can also even be more desirable than these 2 for the same cost be aware im hunting for the most appropriate "Bang in your Buck" i like to recommend looking at each specs and Thanks
