most effective amount of money for a gaming computer

i am considering buying a new gaming desktop (i'll use it for making tutorials with Camtiasia, some video editing, but I consider that video enhancing/gaming can be the most taxing task on this system).

i was fairly enthusiastic and my theoretical desktop ended up over 10 000 $ (ten thousand, you read that appropriate).

So i'm asking here, how a whole lot amount of cash would I spend on a gaming desktop (and the way an awful lot on the peripherals - monitor, mouse, keyboard, ...) to have a gaming rig that can run as an instance upcoming Witcher three?

I heard some clients say that over 1 500 $ it be low return on funding, so i'm asking you. How a good deal funds is top-rated?
